Chef Mike
Hi, and thanks for visiting. My name is Chef Mike Garlikov also known as Chef Amore. I started my culinary journey in 2013 working for M Culinary Concepts the largest caterer in the state where I worked for 3 years. I did prep for events like the Barrett Jackson Auction and the Phoenix Open. In 2017 I took a job with Heidi’s Events and Catering. My job was to prepare food for weddings, bachelorette parties, and other social and business gatherings. While I love to cook many different entrees my speciality is Italian Cuisine. In 2019 I started my chef business catering to young professionals, families, students, and those with dietary needs. I’m looking forward to hearing from you and booking my services.
